Here are a few more little ideas for making your food a little creepier! I actually made these for JP's bug birthday party, but they could be fun treats for Halloween (which was yesterday- oops) or anytime!
Hot Dog Caterpillars
This was so simple- just pierce the hotdog with spaghetti noodles and break them off to their desired length. Then throw the whole thing in boiling water until noodles are tender!
Cookie Spiders
I originally saw this idea played out with cupcakes and chocolate-covered pretzels. Since then, I've made these spiders with mini donuts, peanut butter crackers, and Oreos! These candy eyes were attached with black frosting, but you could use chocolate chips, M&Ms, or a friend of mine even used raisins on peanut butter crackers for a healthier take!
