Whoever came up with this Pumpkin Bread, God bless you.

I saw this ingeniously simple and delicious recipe posted a few years ago and have since seen it in a few other places and if you know who came up with it first, please let me know so I can give them major props!   I don't share ideas that aren't mine without giving credit, but in case you haven't seen this yet, it is just too brilliant not to share with you!

This recipe is for the easiest, made-from-scratch-tasting-yumminess pumpkin bread/muffins you'll ever make.

This is all you do.

1.  Take these three ingredients, and only these three ingredients:
box of spice cake mix (don't add anything the box tells you to for making the cake. there is enough moisture in the pumpkin so that you don't need oil or eggs, etc)
can of pumpkin puree (not the kind seasoned for pumpkin pie, just the plain puree)
bag of chocolate chips

2.  Mix them together.
Then let your kids lick the bowl guilt-free, because a.) pumpkin is good for you, b.) there are no raw eggs in there, c.) they only get one childhood.

3.  Bake it in a bread pan or muffin cups (follow baking directions on the cake box).

ENJOY SIMPLE DELICIOUSNESS AND BASK IN THE GOODNESS OF FALL :-D
